/ POSTAGE & HANDLING

Our postage costs are outlined below:
- $10 flat rate for standard shipping

- Express shipping available

 

Postage is available via Australia Post. Products will take up to 10 business days to be completed before they are posted. When your item is dispatched via Australia Post you will be provided with a tracking number.

 

Unfortunately we have no control over Australia Post delays and delivery time frames. If you require your product urgently please select express postage upon checking out. Refunds will not be provided if Australia Post causes delays in the delivery of your product.

We take pride in our products and do our very best to ensure that they are in safe packaging for postage. In the event that your item becomes damaged in the post, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product and we will do our absolute best to help you and replace the item if necessary. 

/ PICK UP SERVICE

Contactless Pick Up is available from our warehouse at Long Point 2564. If you would prefer to pick up your items, please choose this option upon checking out. Please click ADD TO CART (not buy now) to request the pick up option.  
You will be sent a message with pick up instructions once your order is ready for collection.
