INFORMATION REGARDING OUR PROCESSES

~ Lead Time: Our lead time is 3-5 business days during non peak periods and 5-7 business days during peak periods (Nov-January), excluding weekends and public holidays. We do our very best to complete your products as soon as possible and given this, your items are generally completed sooner then the anticipated lead times. All of our products are custom made to order by our team. Please keep this in mind when you are ordering. If you require products urgently please contact us and we will do our best to organise this.

~ Safety: We take the time to ensure that your items are completed at a high standard. A lot of our products are fragile and/or may have small pieces. Please take care when handling our products. Please keep products out of reach of children and ensure that children are monitored at all times when around our products. Please also keep products away from those cheeky family pets. Please do not hang anything above cots or children's beds.

~ Personalised Products: Yes, we too love our personalised products, and we want to ensure that they are exactly as you envisioned them to be. In ensuring this, we will send you a design to confirm the spelling of the names, fonts etc prior to making your personalised products. The sooner you respond to us to confirm your products, the sooner we can commence making them. Please note, delays in responding to our design confirmations can result in delays in our lead time.

~ Pick Up: Yes we offer pick up from Long Point, NSW, 2564. Please select pick up on our shipping page. Please note, pick up days/times will need to be organised prior to attending. You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection.

~ Payment: Given that our  products are personalised/custom made for each particular order, we do require full payment of all products prior to beginning the production process for your goods. Our lead time will commence from the date of payment.

~ Bulk Orders: Yes, we accept bulk orders and can provide bulk discounts on certain items upon request. Please note that we are a small family business therefore please provide us with adequate time to fulfil your bulk orders. 

 

~ Refund Policy: As our products are custom made, we do not offer returns/refunds. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us directly within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our very best to resolve the issue/replace the item if necessary.
